Lux is an artist who heavily focuses on fandom, pop culture, and landscape pieces.
Hi! I’m Lux. I’m in my late 20s and my pronouns are she/her. I’m an adult, clearly, but I still love my anime just as much as the next person. I realized I wanted to show off my love of anime with more than just beautiful art prints on my wall. I wanted to decorate my home and the items I use every day. I wanted subtle anime merch that displayed my interests without coming off ‘childish.’ And so, Studio Lux Art was born.Â
I’m currently residing in Orlando, FL. I have two dogs, Callie and Kija, as well as a cat, Kovu. There is not a force on Earth that can stop me from continually adding to my pet family. In the next couple of years, I also plan on adding a human child to the family via IVF. I am happy to answer any questions on asexuality and becoming a parent!Â
My free time is constantly spent creating. Whether it’s painting, foamsmithing for cosplay, or just trying my hands at some new creative process, I’m always making something. This doesn’t feel like a job to me. I absolutely love what I do. My current business goals are to add more products to my offerings. I happily accept commission requests. What Matters to Us
I aim to provide products that allow adults to showcase their love of fandom in mature ways. There’s nothing wrong with covering your walls in fan art, but I feel like we deserve more, yknow? I try to bring subtle anime merchandise to all parts of our lives – home, work, car, travel… All of it. Just because we’re grown-ups doesn’t mean we have to grow up!
I strive to be as eco-friendly as possible. I reduce waste wherever possible. Because of this, you may occasionally receive recycled packaging. I hope this does not diminish your views of the quality of my products. I assure you all products pass my quality standards! I just don’t like filling the landfills with packaging that’s really pretty but only useful once. I hope you understand!
